EBIKEFOUNDRY / BUSINESS INFORMATION
B2B ordering and after-sales information.
This website is for business enquiries. The following information explains the quotation process; the agreed written quotation, order confirmation and applicable law govern each transaction.
Last updated: 2026-10-21Business customers and contract formation
The catalogue is intended for dealers, distributors and other business buyers. Browsing, selecting a colour or sending an enquiry does not place an order or create a stock reservation. The seller’s identity, specification, quantities, price, payment terms and acceptance procedure must be stated in the written order documents.
Reference MSRP and dealer quotations
Public prices are reference MSRP in euros, using a 20% VAT reference. Retail prices and VAT treatment may differ by country. MSRP is not a publicly offered dealer transaction price. Ask Bob for the dealer quotation, including its validity, the treatment of VAT, delivery charges and any additional charges before ordering.
Dispatch and delivery
Dispatch is arranged from the Netherlands or Poland, depending on the model, stock and order. The dispatch location, delivery destination, freight cost, shipping terms and estimated timetable are confirmed in writing. A warehouse location does not by itself establish the seller’s legal establishment or the product’s customs origin.
One-year warranty
A one-year warranty is offered for B2B orders. Ask for the applicable warranty document before ordering so that the start date, covered components, exclusions, claim evidence and repair or replacement arrangements are clear. The allocation of labour, parts and transport costs must also be agreed in writing.
Returns and damage in transit
Returns, cancellations and handling of transport damage are agreed for the individual order. No automatic consumer-style return period is advertised for business purchases. Inspect delivered goods and packaging and contact Bob promptly with the order reference, photographs and a description of any issue. A specific notice deadline should be stated in the order documents.
Destination-market requirements
Confirm the exact configuration, product documents, required labelling and the responsible economic operators for your destination before an order is agreed. Product photos and a CE statement do not establish the local road-use category of a particular configuration.
Questions and mandatory rights
Contact bob20210702@gmail.com about the terms for a proposed or existing order. Nothing on this page excludes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded. A business label does not remove any mandatory rule that applies to the actual transaction.
