For warehouse supply
Include your business name, destination country and postcode, reference model, preferred colour and quantity. Dispatch from the Netherlands or Poland, freight, taxes and delivery timing are confirmed in the quotation.
For a production project
Include the intended market, reference model, target specification, branding requirements and expected quantity. Bob can discuss production options and the information needed for a proposal.
For an existing order or a safety concern
Provide your order reference, model and serial number if available, a description of the issue and photographs where helpful. Do not include payment card details, passwords or unnecessary personal documents.
