Technical website data
The website is hosted on a server in Hong Kong. The web server records technical access and error logs, which can include an IP address, request time, requested URL, response status, referring page and browser or device information. These logs help operate, secure and troubleshoot the website. They are not an advertising profile.
Enquiry information and contact channels
The enquiry form prepares a message using the model, colour, company name, quantity and destination that you enter. It does not submit that form to an Ebikefoundry form database. Opening WhatsApp transfers the prepared text to WhatsApp as part of the link. Choosing email opens a draft in your email application. Review the message before sending it.
When you contact Bob, the chosen channel can disclose your contact details and message content to Bob and to the channel provider. Subsequent correspondence, order information and support records may be retained for the enquiry or business relationship. Do not send payment card details, passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
Why data is processed

Bob handles enquiries from China. Hosting and communication providers process data needed for the services you choose. The website server is in Hong Kong, and the email and WhatsApp services may process information in other countries under their own arrangements. A supplier list or description of the processing relevant to your enquiry can be requested from Bob.

Retention
Technical logs are rotated according to server storage limits and are used for operational security and troubleshooting. Records should be deleted or restricted when those purposes no longer require them. Ask Bob about the retention criteria applicable to your correspondence.
Your choices and rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. If a separate activity relies on consent, that consent may be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing. These rights depend on the applicable law and the circumstances. You may also complain to the relevant data protection authority.

The current site does not set first-party cookies or use browser storage for advertising or analytics. Fonts, product images and videos are served from this site.
